African American Ancestry by Carl E. Bryant, who has performed an extensive genealogical search on his 4th generation ancestor, Sherrod Bryant, early 19th Century Free Black and wealthy land and slave holder in Rutherford and Davidson Counties, a part of which is now Long Hunter State Park.  He will present his path of research for beginners in this field.

Using a Digital Camera with Genealogy by two presenters:  June Dorman, genealogist and published photographer, and was the Tennessee State Museum artifact photographer for 20 years;  with  Peggie Sides, genealogist, published author and lecturer, retired Metro teacher, and a Friend and Volunteer for the National Archives Southeast Region and the Tennessee State Library & Archives.

On Line Tips and Tricks by Charles A. Sherrill, a librarian, archivist and genealogist, is the Director of the Brentwood Public Library and former Director of Public Services, Tennessee State Library & Archives

Pitfalls in Genealogy:  How to Avoid Falling In by Marie Martin Murphy, formerly certified as a Genealogical Research Specialist with over 25 years experience, national lecturer and instructor at the Virginia Institute of the Virginia Genealogical Society, an alumni of the Institute of Genealogical & Historical Research at Samford University, Birmingham, AL and of the National Institute of Genealogical Research, Washington, D.C. and a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists

New Resources at the Family History Center by Merry Anne Pierson, a former Operating Room Director, now a genealogist, a published author on the Pierson family and a volunteer at the Family History Center, Franklin, TN.   She is past host of the Meigs County, Ohio genealogy list at Rootsweb.com and transcribes records to the USGENWEB site.

Military Records by Dorris Callicott Douglass, Librarian in the Special Collections & Genealogy Section, Williamson County Public Library, Franklin, TN.

Italian Research by Dr. Paul Montebello, Italian genealogist, graduate of Columbia University, and volunteer at the  Family History Center, Franklin, TN.

Hands Across the Border/Canadian Research by Diane Whelan, graduate of Eastern Michigan University, former teacher, and genealogist in Canadian research. She also volunteers at the Family History Center, Franklin, TN.
